- Enquiries that do not lead to care are deleted six months after our last contact, or earlier at your request. If care is agreed, your details are kept for the duration of the care and afterwards only as long as statutory retention obligations require.
What is collected
The form stores the district or postcode, animals and their number, care preferences, timing or frequency, your view on pricing, your email address or WhatsApp number, and how you heard about the page. Contact details are required so I can reply to you. Please do not enter precise addresses or names in the free-text fields.
Why, and on what basis
Your details are processed to handle your enquiry and to prepare a possible care arrangement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
Storage and access
Responses are stored in Lovable Cloud, on servers in the EU (Ireland), and are not publicly accessible. Within my business only I have access; Lovable acts as a technical service provider (processor). I receive a notification of each enquiry by email and reply via Gmail, a service of Google Ireland Ltd.; data may also be transferred to the USA. If you choose WhatsApp, messages are exchanged via WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), under its own privacy policy; data may also be transferred to the USA.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, restrict it and request portability. Use the contact details above. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
